MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 24, 2002 There was no one else present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Anderson, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was closed. Mr. Anderson introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: ORDINANCE NO. 532 —AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 913, BUSINESS-WAREHOUSE ZONING DISTRICT, OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR THE PROMOTION OF OFFICE, OFFICE - W4REHOU,SE,AND OFFICE SIMILAR, COMPATII3LELAND USES The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Anderson, LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Fahey. Nays (0). Ordinance declared adopted. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -4 -92 —LIFTING THE 410RATORIUM ON THE 13U.SINESS- WAREHOUSE (13 -TO ZONING DISTRICT EFFECTIVE THE DATE OF PUI3LICATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 532 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Montour, Fahey, Anderson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. NORTH STAR The City Administrator reviewed a proposed development agreement ESTATES relative to construction of a storm shelter in North Star Estates STORM Manufactured Home Park. The Administrator indicated some frustration SHELTER with moving forward with this project, and suggested that the City not proceed further until this development agreement is in place which spells out commitments being made on the part of the City as well as the owners of the manufactured home park.
