Hanson <br />RE: Modification to Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 1; <br />Modification to Tax Increment Financing Plan for TIF District No. 3 -2; <br />Modification of Tax Increment Financing Plan for the Establishment of TIF <br />District No. 3 -3 (A Housing District) <br />Attached is information relative to the above Tax Increment Financing actions that are required as a <br />part of the City's redevelopment efforts with regard to the addition to Garden Terrace senior housing <br />project by Common Bond as well as the senior housing project at the Rice Street and Little Canada <br />Road area. We are creating a housing TIF District for these two projects. <br />The Planning Commission has reviewed this information and finds it to be in conformance with the <br />City's general plans for development and redevelopment of the City. <br />I would recommend adoption of the attached resolutions by the City Council and the Economic <br />Development Authority. <br />
