MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MAY 9, 2002 <br />RUFF CUTS <br />ADJOURN <br />the City's logo as well as a small plaque recognizing the <br />organization, etc. for their donation. <br />Motion seconded by Roycraft. <br />M.otion carried 4 — 2. Barraclough and Gatzke voted against. <br />The Deputy Clerk reported that Ruff Cuts is proposing to modify their <br />building by having a walkout at the northeast corner of the building. <br />Given the Architectural Review that was required for this building, staff <br />wanted to present this change to the Commission for their comments. <br />Keis indicated that while he had no concern with the architectural <br />components of the change, he wanted to ensure that the drainage of the <br />site still worked. <br />Keis recommended approval of the Architectural Review for the Ruff Cuts <br />amended building plan subject to the City Engineer's review to ensure that <br />the drainage of the site is adequate. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted <br />Kathy Glan <br />Deputy Clerk <br />- 10 - <br />
