Bansoii
St. John's Church contacted the City on May 29th requesting a temporary liquor license for Saturday,
June 8t11. The Council's meeting schedule was explained to St. John's as well as the fact that this is
the second instance in the last couple of months where they have requested a permit requiring
Council approval with inadequate time to process the request appropriately.
Staff informed St. John's that it would process this request on an administrative basis and have the
Council ratify that action after the fact. They were also informed that future requests will have to be
processed in a timely fashion.
