I have made the following changes, after reviewing your notes and the Minutes: <br />1. Section 820.040 now provides that the application shall be made to the "City" rather than <br />the "Fire Chief"; <br />2. Section 802.060(F) now reads that sales displays "or" storage rather than sales displays <br />"and" storage; and <br />Section 802.070(A) revers to "at any assembly building, as defined in the Uniform <br />Building Code," rather than referring to a "place of public" assembly. , <br />If anyone has any other questions relative to this matter, please contact me.
