been convicted of a felony or a fire /fireworks - related misdemeanor within the <br />three years prior to the application. <br />(B) Prior to processing the application, the Fire Chief shall determine that the location <br />where the legal fireworks are to be manufactured, sold or stored does not <br />constitute a hazard to property or person. <br />(C) The Fire Chief shall determine that the person or persons in charge of <br />manufacturing, selling or storing the legal fireworks are competent and <br />adequately trained to handle legal fireworks without creating a hazard. <br />(D) The application shall include a letter from the person legally responsible f for the <br />property on which the legal fireworks - related activity will occur, granting <br />permission to the applicant for the use of said property. <br />(E) The application shall include a floor plan designating the area for manufacturing, <br />storage or display, together with a list documenting the name, weight, and <br />quantity of the legal fireworks within the building. The application shall include <br />the material safety data sheets. <br />(F) Any license granted hereunder shall be non - transferable, either to a different <br />person or location. <br />(0) The license shall expire on December 31" of the year in which it is issued. <br />(H) The application shall include a Certificate of Insurance evidencing the existence <br />of a general liability insurance policy, with bodily injury and property damage <br />insurance coverage in a minimum amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) <br />single limit, issued by a company or companies approved by the City. The City <br />of Little Canada shall be named as an additional insured on the general liability <br />policy. <br />802.050. License Fee. The license fee shall be set forth in the current City Fee <br />Schedule Resolution. <br />802.060 Terms and Conditions. <br />(A) Manufacturing, sale or storage of legal fireworks may only occur in the <br />appropriate zoning districts and must comply with all applicable City Ordinances. <br />No exterior storage, display, sales or transient sales of legal fireworks are <br />permitted. No manufacturing, sales or storage of legal fireworks for commercial <br />use shall occur on residentially zoned properties or properties used for educational <br />purposes or assemblies. <br />(B) Areas where legal fireworks are manufactured, sold or stored shall be provided <br />with approved "no smoking" signs in red letters which are not less than two (2) <br />2 <br />
