With regard to the building, the applicant is proposing to create a varied roof line <br />through different gables, connecting to the existing flat roofed building. The building <br />will utilize brick as the predominant siding material, with vinyl siding around the window <br />areas. The brick should coordinate with the existing structure. <br />SUMMARY & RECOMMENDATION <br />The proposed expansion of the Garden Terrace apartments appears to be consistent <br />with the architectural guidelines, and with the intent of the PUD zoning district.
