February 25, 2002 <br />City of Little Cananda <br />5l5 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada Minnesota 55117 <br />Re: Tacheny Town Office Development <br />Rice Street and South Owasso Blvd. <br />Dear Planning Commission and City Council members, <br />Peter and Daniel Tachney intend to develop a two -story town office complex on the <br />southeast quadrant of Rice Street and South Owasso Boulevard in Little Canada. <br />The property is approximate 1.25 acres and currently zoned commercial PUD. <br />The town offices shall be similar in plan to the "Blacktem" town offices developed on the <br />3200 block of Rice Street. <br />It appears that a variance may be required in allowing 64 parking stalls for the project. <br />The number of parking stalls is same ratio of 8 stalls per unit as is the Blacktern <br />development. <br />Enclosed with our application is a site plan with proposed building locations, parking lot <br />configuration and required setbacks as established by the city.
