• <br />• <br />likARK COtlISSION MEETING <br />October 1, 1981 <br />• <br />Attended - Carl Spooner, Bev Scalze, Bill Sanders, Lois Runyon, Elaine Zoch. <br />Absent: Jim Morelan, Dan Drake <br />Bev Scalze reported that we have the deed for the Wenzel addition from the <br />state for the property on Sextant and Mcmenemy. <br />Also that the property in the Belland addition west of Greenbrier is tax <br />deliquient and the city will apply for this property <br />Bill Sanders reported that the trails are finished. That the low bid <br />for topsoil and seeds was Ryan Landscaping to fill in the low spot in the <br />park where the Canadian Rides are and to seed this area. <br />Carl Spooner received a note from the office that a Mr. Rehnberg, realtor <br />for the Turnquists called regarding the Turnquist property. After some <br />discussion Bev said she would call Mr. Rehnberg and the planner regarding <br />the Turnquist property. The realtor feels that thereare 8 buildable lots <br />for sale there, Bev is going to check this out with the planner and see <br />if the Turnquist are still interested in selling the city this property <br />for a nature center. <br />Bev also stated that the state law now reads that phrk charges are to be <br />charged on the market value not assedsed value on sub- dividions. <br />Next meeting at 7:30 OCtober 29,1981. <br />
