Hanson <br />To facilitate the construction of the addition to Garden Terrace, we need to relocate an existing <br />sanitary sewer line that crosses the property we are selling to Common Bond Communities (the cost <br />of this work has, in fact, gone into the purchase price). We also need to vacate the existing sanitary <br />sewer easement in conjunction with this work. Therefore, we are recommending we call for a <br />vacation hearing to be held on May 22, 2002. It should be noted that approval of this vacation should <br />be contingent upon the project going forward as planned. (By holding the hearing at this time, we <br />also help keep Common Bond on track with their project timelines.) <br />A diagram of the easement to be vacated is attached. <br />
