Hanson <br />On April 161h St. John's Men's Club submitted an Application for an Exempt Gambling Permit for a <br />bingo event they plan to conduct on Sunday, April 21 ". The lateness of this submission was due to <br />some confusion on the part of the person coordinating the event for the Men's Club, and did not <br />provide the opportunity for Council approval of the permit prior to the event occurring. <br />Rather than not allowing the event to occur, or calling for a special meeting of the Council, City staff <br />granted administrative approval of the permit. Staff would request Council ratification of this action. <br />
