12 -02 <br />Special Provisions <br />1. An emergency overflow swale shall be constructed from CB -1 to the Normal Water Elevation <br />of the pond or water body. The swale shall be a minimum of 10 feet wide and one foot deep <br />and lined completely with a permanent soil stabilization material. <br />2. The outlet structures from the two ponds shall be revised to the District's standard staged <br />outlet structure. Calculations shall be submitted that confirm the District's requirements of a <br />minimum of 60% total phosphorus and 90% total suspended solids are removed prior to <br />discharge into the nearby wetland. <br />3. All basement elevations shall be a minimum of 951.0 NISI_ <br />4. The "curb drain openings" into Pond 2 shall be removed and replaced with catch basins and <br />piped inlets. An emergency overflow swale shall remain at the catch basin with the lowest <br />curb overflow elevation. <br />5. The plans shall specify monofilament silt fence along all wetland edges. <br />6. A planting and maintenance plan shall be submitted for the wetland buffer. <br />
