LGU Findings and Conclusions for Permit #02 -02 Little Canada Office Park <br />The applicant presented sequencing arguments that demonstrated any entrance to the <br />project from Park Street would present a public safety hazard. The applicant also <br />demonstrated that the amount of wetland fill had been reduced as much as possible. <br />Based on this documentation the LGU accepted the mitigation plan. <br />
