MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 19, 2001 <br />RECESS <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Montour, Anderson, Scalze_ <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted <br />Mr Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL (ITION NO 2001 -12- 279 — INSTRUCTING THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO INFORM THE WATERSHED THAT THE <br />COUNCIL, DEEMS' IT APPROPRIATE FROM A PUBLIC SAFETY <br />THE <br />AND <br />COMMERCIAL ORIENTATION STANDPOINT AND GIVE <br />RESIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE DEVELOPMENT TO THE EAST N' <br />THAT ACCESS FOR THE MONTANARI HOMES TOWNOFFICE <br />DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL SHOULD BE VIA RICE STREET <br />ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THIS WILL REQUIRE THATA SMALL <br />PORTION OF ONE OE THE EXISTING PONDS WILL HAVE TO 13E <br />RELOCATED AND REQUESTING THE WATERSHED COOPERATION <br />AND PROMPT ACTION IN THIS MATTER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Montour, Anderson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0).
