Hanson <br />As you will recall, Herman and Robert Buetow requested that action on their CUP and Architectural <br />Review application be tabled until the April 24, 2002 Council meeting to give them additional time to <br />put together information relative to the City Planner's and City Engineer's recommendations. <br />In discussing the status of information with Herman Buetow, staff was informed that the revised <br />parking lot layout submitted at the Planning Commission meeting was their response to the Planner's <br />recommendations (diagram attached). With regard to the City Engineer's request for grading and <br />drainage plans, Mr. Buetow indicated that they do not want to have these plans drafted until MN <br />DOT is more certain of the effect of the 694 /Edgerton Bridge project on their property. <br />It was also pointed out to Mr. Buetow that status recommendation would be that the facade of the <br />existing building match their proposed addition. Mr. Buetow indicated that it is their intent to stucco <br />the entire exterior of the building. <br />
