O'Brien noted
427 VIKING that he has a large piece of property. There is an existing attached garage
DRIVE — that is 13 feet by 24 feet that is inadequate for his storage needs.
O'IBRIEN
Knudsen asked if there were any other structures on the property. O'Brien
replied that there were not. It appears that there had been at one time, but
those structures have been removed. Currently there is only the house and
attached garage on the property.
O'Brien reported that the garage would be used for storage of his three
vehicles, a flat bed trailer, a riding lawn mower, and other household
equipment. He indicated that he has owned the property for a couple of
years, and has never been in a situation where he has had to store items of
this nature outside.
