LCRA initially
adopted liquor rules for their 2011 Tournament, and at a meeting on May 7, 2012,
adopted some additional changes to these rules (see attached). '1"he most significant
change is that LCRA will limit sales to a maximum of four per person, and the "half
racks" will be used only to assist customers in transporting their purchases. Please note
that the Canadian Days Committee also limits the number of' servings per person to four.
LCRA should be commended for making this change to help ensure a safe and enjoyable
Canadian Days.
City staff recommends approval of the above listed Temporary Liquor Licenses for the
Little Canada Recreation Association.
1
