Enclosed please find a copy of Project Remand's <br />letter with respect to Ms. Hage, which indicates that she has admitted the offense and also sets <br />forth the conditions that she must comply with. If Ms. I-Iage complies with these conditions the <br />criminal case against her will be dismissed in six months. <br />As you are aware, Little Canada ordinance section 703.130 indicates that every licensee is <br />responsible for the conduct in the licensed establishment. Moreover, Little Canada ordinance <br />section 703.170 provides: "The council shall either suspend for up to sixty days or revoke any <br />intoxicating liquor license, or impose a civil fine not to exceed $2,000.00, for each violation upon <br />finding that the licensee has failed to comply with any applicable statute, regulation or ordinance <br />relating to alcoholic beverages." <br />Based on Ms. Hage's admission to the violation, we suggest a hearing be scheduled for <br />the licensee.
