All other provisions <br />of the Retainer Agreement as approved, and as subsequently amended, remain in effect. <br />(B) Criminal legal services covered by retainer. <br />These retainer services include preparation for and attendance at arraignments, court <br />trials, pre - trials, jury trials, and all other legal work that is necessary relative to the <br />processing and concluding the prosecution of misdemeanor offenses committed within <br />the geographical limits of the City. For these services the Attorneys shall be paid a <br />retainer fee of $3,780.00 per month. This retainer fee does not include legal services <br />relative to gross misdemeanors and appellate criminal work, and does not include legal <br />services relative to attendance in downtown St. Paul at the morning custody arraignments. <br />This Amendment shall be effective January 1, 2002. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and the Attorneys have made and executed this <br />Amendment this day of , 2002. <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />By: <br />Michael I.
