apply for a conditional use permit and the final decision would need to be made by the <br />City. When I asked what the chances were that a permit would be issued, he indicated <br />that he felt that it most likely would. Based on the information provided to him, the <br />property seemed large enough to meet setback requirements & the fact that he knew <br />that other prop 'erties in the area have additional structures on their lots. He also <br />indicated that the earliest that this issue could be brought before the City was in <br />January of 20011;. <br />I also have some other notes, which are not very clear what they pertain to, with <br />infot mation regarding square footage (1,000 sq ft & 1,500 sq ft). <br />Based on my conversations with the City Planner, we were led to believe that the 2rd detached <br />garage would be approved, due to the fact that the only requirement by the City for the <br />permit was to meet the setbacks. Also, the fact that it appears as though other property in <br />the area had been issued such a permit. <br />This information is provided to the best of my remembrance, by use of my notes.
