Flanson <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit allowing construction <br />of a 36 foot by 28 foot accessory garage which exceeds the <br />maximum of 1,000 square feet in size. <br />The City Council approved a Conditional Use Permit <br />allowing for construction of a 22 foot by 25 foot accessory <br />garage to be placed 6 feet behind the existing garage with a <br />12 foot sideyard setback, with the stipulation that there be <br />no business use of the garage and property, that no hoist is <br />installed in the garage, that there be no maintenance of or <br />work on non -owned vehicles on the property, that the <br />siding on the house and the garage match, that there be one <br />driveway on the property, and that the garage and property <br />in general conform to all City ordinance requirements. <br />Any request involving a Conditional Use Permit or <br />Variance must be exercised within twelve months from the <br />date of approval, or the approval will lapse.
