Until information relating to off - street parking, landscaping, lighting, outside storage <br />(locations) and drainage (from additional hard surface area) is provided, we feel a fully <br />informed decision regarding the acceptability of the request cannot be rendered. <br />As a result, we recommend that the rezoning /conditional use permit amendment <br />request be tabled pending the receipt of additional information. <br />cc.
