WORKSHOP MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 25, 2026 <br />Malone feels that quality of life for residents should be the main priority of the city. Doesn't like <br />just having people approach the city for a development and the Council having to address that <br />specific project. She would prefer to have a framework in place and thinks it's important to work on <br />a plan now. <br />There was Council consensus to create formal policy guidance, which would also help staff when <br />first contacted by development proposals.
