I have since been informed that time will not work for them and they
have requested us to we reschedule this workshop to March l3°i.
They have been made aware of your comments concerning their latest sketches. They will attempt to
address them to present a concept that addresses concerns about avoiding a "strip mall" appearance. They
will also prepare drawings that depict the quality of their proposal. Lastly, I have reminded them of the
provisions of our development agreement regarding the City's ability to repurchase this land.
Assuming there will be positive aspects of their proposal to discuss along
issues, I would recommend we allow an hour of time for this meeting.
cc: Bob Grootwassink
th various development
