The following limitations shall apply. <br />14 001/002 <br />We have included: <br />1. Mobilization for single phase continuous operation (Spring/Summer 2002) <br />2. Drilling of the pier shafts (24" diameter x 35' deep from grade) <br />3. Temporary casing as required <br />4. Furnishing and placing of the reinforcing steel (6 - #6's in the top 8') <br />5. Furnishing and pouring of the concrete (3000 psi) e will have a loader on site) <br />6. Stockpiling of the excavated material in the work area (Layn <br />7. Casing extraction <br />We will rely upon others for: <br />1. Pier layout, elevations and location of underground utilities <br />2. Driveable, level access to each pier location for wheel and crawler mounted equipment <br />including overhead clearance <br />3. Handling and removal of the excavated material from the job site <br />4. Removal of surface or site water, protection of completed piers, form work at or above grade <br />5. Concrete testing, pier inspection, site restoration, bond cost, permits, barricades <br />
