Hanson <br />As you are aware, the City has an agreement with Shelly Rueckert to perform Interim <br />Finance Director services relative to the 2011 Audit. The contract amount was for a <br />maximum of 100 hours at $45.00 per hour. <br />Shelly has submitted a pay request for work performed from January through May for <br />118.62 hours ($5,337.90). It should be noted that some of these hours are not related to <br />the audit work papers, but were for general accounting work that was necessary. <br />I would recommend payment of the pay request as submitted, with the understanding that <br />there will he some additional hours yet to be paid. <br />
