MINUTES <br />AMEND <br />CUP — <br />3165 -3167 <br />SPRUCE <br />STREET — <br />VALOR <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 13, 2003 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of <br />November, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Roycraft <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />ABSENT: Ms. Kathy Weihe <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe, Code Enf Officer <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin, Cable TV Prod. <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />The September 1 I, 2003 Planning Commission minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />Lori Peterson and Fred Sedaghat, Valor Enterprises, appeared before the <br />Commission requesting approval of an Amendment to a Conditional Use <br />Permit to modify the site plan for Valor Enterprises and a Variance from <br />the City's parking requirements for their property at 3165 and 3167 <br />Spruce Street. It was noted that this matter was tabled at the last meeting <br />pending additional information from the City Engineer and City Planner. <br />Keis noted that the City Engineer has looked at the property and has <br />indicated that the drainage problems are due to the way the property is <br />graded and not the result of drainage from adjacent properties. The <br />Engineer is suggesting that the back lot be graded to direct water to the <br />outer edges and then into ditches that hold and convey the water to the <br />
