neighborhood or adversely affect the public health, safety <br />or general welfare. <br />D. All single family homes shall meet the requirements of the <br />State Uniform Building Code, as may be applicable. <br />E. All single family homes shall have a minimum roof overhang <br />of one (11 foot. <br />F. All single family homes shall have an earth covered <br />composition, shingled, or tiled roof. <br />G. With the exception of passageways, as allowed by Section <br />903.141.H below single famil homes shall not be less than <br />thirty (30) feet in length and not less than twenty -four <br />(24) feet in width over that entire minimum width. Width <br />requirements shall not take into account overhangs and other <br />projections that extend beyond principal walls. <br />H. Passageways used to connect dwelling components (either <br />principal or accessory uses) shall meet the following <br />requirements: <br />1. The passageway shall be secured upon a foundation that <br />meets the requirements of the State Uniform Building <br />Code. <br />2. The passageway shall be covered and constructed above <br />ground. <br />3. The passageway shall not exceed twenty (20) feet in <br />length and shall not be less than six (6) feet in width. <br />4. The passageway shall be constructed of materials that <br />match those used in the principal building, and shall <br />reflect the architectural style of said principal <br />building in areas such as roof pitch and side wall <br />height. <br />Section 5. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel Hanson, Administrator <br />3 <br />-5 <br />Michael I.
