MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMM[SSION <br />NOVEMBER 13, 2003 <br />AMENDING <br />ZONING <br />CODE — <br />ACCESSORY <br />PRINCIPAL <br />BUILDINGS <br />AMENDING <br />ZONING <br />CODE — <br />APPEAL <br />PROCESS <br />ADJOURN <br />Motion seconded by Barraclough. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />The City Planner reviewed a proposed Zoning Code amendment <br />addressing accessory use building and principal use building definitions <br />and establishing single - family dwelling performance requirements. The <br />Planner noted that the proposed amendment also addresses the <br />requirements for the connection of accessory use buildings to principal <br />buildings. <br />Barraclough recommended approval of the ordinance amendment Section <br />902 of the Little Canada City Code addressing accessory use /building and <br />principal use /building definitions and establishing single family dwelling <br />performance requirements as recommended by the City Planner. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />The City Planner requested that the Commission table action on the <br />Zoning Code amendment clarifying the appeal process until their next <br />meeting. <br />Knudsen recommended tabling the Zoning Code amendment clarifying the <br />appeal process until the December 11`11 Commission meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />Wojcik recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Roycraft. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kathy Glanzer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />-9- <br />
