Hanson <br />Attached is the engagement letter from Tautges Redpath regarding the 2003 Audit. Please note that <br />the base audit charges are unchanged from 2002. However, an additional fee for compliance with a <br />new auditing standard to detect fraud had been added ($1,750). The overall audit cost will be <br />$19,450. <br />Staff considers this amount reasonable and recommends the approval of the 2003 Audit Contract. <br />1 <br />
