To accommodate <br />the proposal, approval of a conditional use permit to allow the following is necessary: <br />1. More than one detached accessory structure (garage). <br />2. The combination of a garage and other accessory buildings to exceed 1,000 <br />square feet. <br />Based on the submitted site plan, the following accessory storage buildings presently <br />exist upon the property: <br />Attached Garage <br />Detached Accessory Building <br />Detached Accessory Building <br />529 square feet <br />384 square feet <br />320 square feet <br />Aside from storage purposes, it is the intention of the applicant to use the proposed <br />building as a "warming house" in the winter months for a rear yard ice rink. <br />The subject property is zoned R -1, Single Family Residential. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Site Plan <br />
