The proposed sign measures 140 square feet in size, 14 feet in <br />height and includes an electronic, time and temperature feature. <br />Because the subject site lies within the Rice Street/Little Canada Road District, it is <br />subject to an architectural review process and the City's Architectural Guidelines. <br />The subject site is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Plan <br />Exhibit B - Sign Elevation <br />Exhibit C - Composite Photograph <br />ISSUES AND ANALYSIS <br />Location. As shown on the submitted site plan, the proposed monument sign is to be <br />located at the corner of South Owasso Boulevard West and Rice Street. The proposed <br />monument sign meets the minimum 5 foot setback requirement of the ordinance and <br />appropriately lies outside of the 30 foot visibility triangle of the bordering streets. <br />
