922A.020. PROCEDURES. <br />A. Requests for an appeal shall be filed with the Zoning <br />Administrator on an official application form. Such <br />a••lication shall be accompanied b a fee as established b <br />City Council resolution. This fee shall not be refunded. <br />Such application shall also be accompanied by ten (10) <br />cosies of detailed written and •ra•hic materials necessar <br />for the ex•lanation of the request and a list of •ro•ert <br />owners located within three hundred fifty (350) feet of the <br />subject property, which list shall be obtained from City <br />records. Additionally, <br />the Zoning Administrator shall refer the application to <br />other local state and special units of government where <br />appropriate and when required. <br />C. Notice of said hearing shall consist of a legal property <br />description, description of request and map detailing <br />property location, and be published in the official <br />news•a•er at least ten 10 da s •rior to the hearin•. <br />Written notification of said hearing shall be mailed at <br />least ten (10) days prior to the hearing to all owners of <br />land within three hundred fifty (350) feet of the boundary <br />of the property in question. <br />D. Failure of a property owner to receive said notice shall not <br />invalidate an such •roceedin•s as set forth within this <br />Ordinance. <br />E. Requests for appeals shall go directly to the City Council <br />serving as the Board of Adjustments and Appeals. All <br />appeals shall be filed no later than twelve (12) days after <br />the alleged error. <br />F.
