MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />DECEMBER 11, 2003 <br />suggested that the City Attorney confirm that this vote requirement is in <br />compliance with State Statutes. <br />Roycraft recommended approval of the Amendment to the Zoning Code <br />related to the process for appealing zoning decisions as recommended by <br />the City Planner. <br />Motion seconded by Wojcik. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />AMENDMENT The City Planner informed the Commission that Valor Enterprises has <br />TO CUP FOR requested that action on their application for an Amendment to CUP be <br />VALOR tabled until the January meeting cycle.
