Hanson <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />AMENDMENT THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSING <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The City Council is considering an amendment to the Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada to <br />provide for a 2 a.m closing time for On -Sale Liquor Establishments and to establish an 2 a.m. On -Sale <br />Liquor License Fee. This consideration was made possible by a revision to State Statutes in the past <br />legislative session. <br />The Council will also consider an increase in the annual On -Sale Liquor License Fee from $3,250 to <br />$3,500 and the annual On -Sale Wine License Fee from $300 to $500. <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Notice is hereby given a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council to review this request on <br />Wednesday, October 22, 2003 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as parties may be heard, in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the City Council meeting on Wednesday, <br />October 22, 2003. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing- impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request. <br />The request for this service must be made at least 96 hours in advance.
