MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OCTOBER 9, 2003 <br />ADJOURN <br />Roycraft indicated that he did not support tabling this matter. He felt there <br />were no hardships present to warrant the Variance requested and no reason <br />to table action on the matter. <br />Keis recommended tabling of the Amendment to CUP and Variance <br />request made by Valor Enterprises until the November Planning <br />Commission meeting pending a report from the City Engineer on drainage <br />issues and the City Planner on site use issues. <br />Motion seconded by Knudsen. <br />Motion carried 5 — 1.
