Hanson This is the City of Little Canada's Building Department activity report for 421 Eli Rd. This is a list of additional activity at the property mentioned above since the citations for working without permits was issued on August 19, 2003. 8/25/03 Phone call to owner to inform him that no action has been taken. After discussing the options he informed me that he would apply for a variance on the accessory building and complete an application for the fence. An application for a variance to build a second accessory building has been received. 8/27/03 No application received to construct a fence, phone call placed to owner and message left. 8/29/03 An application was received along with a survey, however on the survey the location of the fence is not indicated. Called owner and told him to come by the office and indicate on the survey the exact location of the proposed fence. The size of the accessory building on the survey is listed as 20.1 feet by 24.0 feet (482.4 square feet). 9/2/03 Owner stopped at City and marked on survey the location of the fence. A drive by inspection revealed that work on the fence has continued thoughout the weekend. 9/4/03 Reviewed application and survey and approved fence permit (6 feet high). Owner called and informed of permit costs and to stop by and pay fees and pick up permit. 9/5/03 Owner contacted personally and informed of fence permit costs and may stop at City hall to pay and pick up.
