The homeowner <br />has been made aware on several attempts about the violation of City Ordinance 301.030. <br />Listed below is a summary of activities regarding the property and events occurring since June <br />2002. <br />6/12/02 Received phone call from a neighboring property indicating resident at 421 Eli <br />Road was building in rear yard without a permit. <br />6/13/02 Site inspection revealed concrete slab on grade with walls framed around <br />perimeter. Approximate size is 12' x 20'. Owner was home and we discussed <br />zoning and permit requirements. He indicated he would attach building to his <br />primary dwelling and create one (1) single family unit. He would have plans <br />prepared and dropped off at city offices. <br />6/14/02 City Administrator received voice mail message from Jim Cossack. Attachment <br />#1 <br />10/3/02 Sent Letter. Site inspection indicates that work has started again. Attachment #2 <br />10/4/02 Site inspection reveals work has stopped and appears abandoned. <br />3/4/03 Work on accessory building has started again. Roof trusses that were in front <br />yard have now been installed on walls and have been partially covered with <br />plywood. <br />3/7/03 Sent Letter. Attachment #3 <br />3/24/03 No response from homeowner. Roof completely covered with plywood and <br />asphalt paper installed. Sent Letter. Attachment #4 <br />
