Hanson <br />I can appreciate the response to our inquires for plans to your proposed building addition <br />however they are being returned because they do not adequately detail how the building <br />is being constructed. In order to do a proper plan review the plans need to be of <br />sufficient clarity to show the nature and extent of the work proposed. The following items <br />must be indicated on the drawings. <br />1. Submit a copy of a site plan drawn to scale indicating the lot dimensions, the <br />location and size of the proposed structures and the setbacks from property lines. <br />2. Drawings to scale that show the footing and foundation sizes as well as <br />verification that the existing structure built without permits complies with code <br />3. Floor plan drawings to scale that show location and sizes for all beams /headers; <br />size, material species and spacing of floor joists; location and size of all windows and <br />doors; size, material species and spacing of roof rafters or trusses. <br />4.
