MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 13, 2012 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -6 -106 — APPROVING THE PAYMENT OF <br />$36,757.40 TO XCEL ENERGY FOR COST OF BURYING THE <br />POWERLINES IN THE RICE STREET PHASE I PROJECT BASED <br />ON THE XCEL ENERGY COST ESTIMATE FOR THIS WORK, AND <br />INSTRUCTING CITY STAFF TO SEND A LETTER TO XCEL <br />ENERGY NOTING THE CITY'S DISPUTE OF AND <br />DISAGREEMENT WITH THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT <br />XCEL HAS BILLED FOR THIS WORK <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />LITTLE Keis noted that the sign at one of the Little Canada Road strip malls is <br />CANADA extremely faded and unreadable. The City Administrator indicated that <br />ROAD this is technically not a violation of the Code. He would, however, <br />STRIP contact the property owner and ask that the situation he remedied. <br />MALLS <br />ADJOURN Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -6 -107 — ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
