Please distribute and discuss with your policy boards. <br />In order to help our member organizations during this difficult fiscal <br />crisis, the RCLLG Board of Directors has identified four options for dues <br />for 2004. Please discuss the options with your council/board and return <br />the enclosed survey by August 15 to Lynn Gavin at Government Training <br />Service, 480 Cedar Street, Suite 401, St. Paul, MN 55101. (The survey is <br />also available on the web site at www.mngts.org, click on RCLLG.) <br />Your thoughtful input is very important in this critical decision. The <br />RCLLG has existed since 1963 and has been an important communication <br />network for all the local governments in the county. We know that many <br />of our members are considering cutting back on memberships as part of <br />their budget deliberations and we want to be responsive to their current <br />situation. <br />Enclosed is the survey as well as information about the four options.
