CITY OF LITTLE CANADA COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Economic Development Authority of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota (the "Authority "), will hold a public hearing on August 13, 2003, beginning at approximately 7:30 p.m., Central Time, in the City Hall, on the proposed sale of certain real property by the Authority to The Village at Little Canada LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the "Developer "). below. It is proposed that the Authority would sell certain parcels of land, legally described Legal Description of Parcels: The West 208.72 feet of the North 208.72 feet of the Southwest Quarter Section 6, Township 29, Range 22; except the Westerly 40 feet thereof; and the North 208.72 feet of the East 208.72 feet of the West 417.44 of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 29, Range 22, subject to Rice Street and "Outlot A" Marketplace. Ramsey County, Minnesota. Lot 1, Block 2, Market Place, according to the recorded plat, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Abstract Property.
