CITY OF LITTLE CANADA COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Economic Development Authority of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota (the "Authority "), will hold a public hearing on August 13, 2003, beginning at approximately 7:30 p.m., Central Time, in the City Hall, on the proposed sale of certain real property by the Authority to The Villas at Little Canada LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the "Developer"). below. It is proposed that the Authority would sell certain parcels of land, legally described Legal Description of Parcels: Outlot A, Village Square, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Abstract Property. The Developer will agree, under a Development Agreement with the Authority, to construct on the parcels a 44 unit townhouse housing facility, together with related parking facilities and improvements. The properties are being sold pursuant to a Development Agreement and related Purchase Agreement between the Developer and the Authority for redevelopment in accordance with a redevelopment plan heretofore adopted by the Authority (the "Redevelopment Plan "). Copies of the Development Agreement and the Purchase Agreement will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Executive Director of the Authority, City Hall 515 Little Canada Road East, Little Canada, Minnesota. All persons may appear at the public hearing and present their views orally or in writing on the proposed subsidy and the sale of the property.
