Hanson <br />The 2003 Street Reconstruction and Utility Improvements Pay Estimate No. 1 for Park <br />Construction Company will be included in the additions to the agenda. Park Construction has <br />been so busy working on this project that they have not taken the time to finalize quantities in <br />time to include them with the agenda packet. Since they have not been paid for any of the work <br />on this project and they started work back in June 2003, staff felt it was important to obtain <br />Council approval at the August 13, 2003 Council Meeting.
