Hanson <br />Sherman Associates is requesting an amendment to the Planned Unit Development for The Villa's <br />townhome development in order that they might locate a temporary sales trailer on the site. This <br />opportunity only exists in a PUD District. The trailer would be utilized until such time as a <br />townhome is completed and can then serve as a model (estimated from now until 6R/04). The days <br />and hours the sales trailer is estimated to be open are Mondays through Wednesdays from 1 p.m. to <br />7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 1.2 Noon to 5 p.m. <br />I have attached a map showing the location of the trailer and associated parking in relation to the <br />townhome project. Access to the sales trailer will be via Little Canada Road. <br />Staff recommends approval of the Amendment to PUD as requested subject to review and approval <br />of the Building Official relative to compliance with accessibility requirements (parking, accessible <br />route, toilet facilities, etc.). <br />
