Subject to resolution of our outstanding issues by Wednesday's meeting, staff is prepared to recommend approval <br />of the development agreements with related purchase agreements for the Villas and the Village as revised. Note <br />that both the EDA and the City will need to approve each of these documents. <br />Two other items we will need to do at our next meeting are approve deeds from the City to the EDA. (Budget <br />Power and DeLonais property.) We will also need to hold public hearings regarding the disposition of this <br />property to comply with statutory requirements. <br />If you have any comments or questions on any part of this transaction, please let me know as soon as possible in <br />order that I can have answers ready for Wednesday's meeting, <br />cc: George Sherman <br />2 <br />
