EXHIBIT D <br />Construction Schedule <br />The Minimum Improvements with respect to each of the Parcels must be substantially completed <br />(as defined in Section 6.3) by the following dates: <br />Parcel 1. April 30, 2005 <br />As to Parcel 2, Parcel 3 and Parcel 4: One of Parcels 2, 3 or 4, at Developer's option, must be <br />substantially complete by April 30, 2005; the remaining two Parcels must be substantially <br />complete by December 31, 2005. <br />Parcel 5.
