The documents, which were reviewed, include the
following:
Aerial topography map prepared by Chicago Aerial Survey, dated May 1965
Aerial topography prepared by Markhurd, dated March 1981
Aerial topography supplied by Ramsey Washington Watershed, dated 1996
Aerial photograph prepared by Markhurd, dated May 1996
USGS quadrangle maps
Topography field surveyed by HRG in the fall of 2001
City of Maplewood storm sewer system map of the N' /2 Sec. 4, T 29 R.22 dated February 1998,
Preliminary Plat of Voyvera Lakeside prepared by Georgi— Schmidt & Assoc., dated Oct. 3, 1980
Preliminary plat of Beam Lakeside Addn. However, prior to 1975
there were no wetland protection rules in place. The following is a short listing /timeline of
significant actions that have taken place:
1975 The Ramsey Washington Watershed District was established.
1977 Federal Water Quality Act Adopted
1987 Corp. of Engineers Wetland Protection Policy
Wetland Delination Manual Published
1989 No loss policy adopted in Watershed (required 1:1 replacement)
C: \WINDOWS \Temporary Internet Files \OLKF1A3 \Sculley Drainage Findings.doc
2-
