MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 24, 2003 <br />FINAL PLAT — <br />THE PRESERVE <br />REVISED <br />FINAL PLAT <br />& REVISED <br />PUD APPROVAL — <br />DRYWALL <br />SUPPLY <br />ADDITION <br />INMAN ENTERING INTO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE CITY THAT PROVIDES THE CITY THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE <br />THE DEDICATION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR LEEWARD WAY <br />IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO THIS DEVELOPMENT AT THE <br />TIME THAT THE CITY COUNCIL DEEMS IT NECESSARY TO <br />ACCOMMODATE A COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT FOR <br />THE AREA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey noted that the Planning Commission has tabled action on the <br />Final Plat for The Preserve until its July 10, 2003 regular meeting. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -6 -132 — TABLING ACTION ON THE FINAL <br />PLAT PENDING A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AND CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING UNTIL <br />THE JULY 23, 2003 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the revised Final <br />Plat and the revised PUD for the Drywall Supply Addition. It was <br />noted that the Planning Commission has recommended approval of <br />the revisions subject to compliance with the recommendations of the <br />City Planner and the City Engineer. Fahey noted that Mr. Johnson <br />has made some additional changes since this matter was presented to the <br />Planning Commission. Fahey indicated that he is not excited about the <br />new changed that have been proposed. <br />It was noted that action on the revised Final Plat for Drywall Supply <br />Addition is tied to the next item on the Council's agenda, Development <br />Stage and Final Stage PUD being requested by the International Union of <br />Painters & Allied Trades District Council 82. Therefore, the Council <br />decided to consider both matters at the same time. <br />8 <br />
