MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 24, 2003 FINAL PLAT — THE PRESERVE REVISED FINAL PLAT & REVISED PUD APPROVAL — DRYWALL SUPPLY ADDITION INMAN ENTERING INTO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY THAT PROVIDES THE CITY THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE THE DEDICATION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR LEEWARD WAY IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO THIS DEVELOPMENT AT THE TIME THAT THE CITY COUNCIL DEEMS IT NECESSARY TO ACCOMMODATE A COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE AREA The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Montour, Anderson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mayor Fahey noted that the Planning Commission has tabled action on the Final Plat for The Preserve until its July 10, 2003 regular meeting. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -6 -132 — TABLING ACTION ON THE FINAL PLAT PENDING A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING UNTIL THE JULY 23, 2003 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (4) Blesener, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the revised Final Plat and the revised PUD for the Drywall Supply Addition. It was noted that the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the revisions subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner and the City Engineer. Fahey noted that Mr. Johnson has made some additional changes since this matter was presented to the Planning Commission. Fahey indicated that he is not excited about the new changed that have been proposed. It was noted that action on the revised Final Plat for Drywall Supply Addition is tied to the next item on the Council's agenda, Development Stage and Final Stage PUD being requested by the International Union of Painters & Allied Trades District Council 82. Therefore, the Council decided to consider both matters at the same time. 8
