Hanson <br />NOTICE 1S HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Little Canada and the <br />Little Canada Economic Development Authority (EDA) will hold a public hearing on <br />Friday, June 27, 2003 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Little Canada City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, Minnesota, regarding a proposed <br />business subsidy to be granted by the EDA and City to Sherman Associates or a related <br />entity ( "Sherman ") under Minnesota Statutes, Sections 1161.993 to 1161.994. The <br />proposed subsidy involves the transfer of land at a reduced price and with repayment to <br />the City and EDA through tax increment financing assistance. The and sales are <br />expected to facilitate development of approximately 70,000 square feet of new retail and <br />office buildings.
